A deposit of £250 is require to secure your booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. Once you have paid the deposit, we will email with the balance amount and the date that this is due.
Currently we are only accepting payments via bank transfer. We really suffered during lockdown and hope to have card payment available in the near future.
Please trust that your payment is safe, we will abide by our cancellation policy.
Paying via bank transfer also saves us fees, which keep our costs lower for you too!
The refundable damage deposit is due 2 weeks before arrival. Currently this is £400. We will refund this within 3 days after you leave. We always aim to refund in full unless the rules have been broken or damaged needs to be rectified.
We won’t charge for the odd broken glass, but in the event of noticeable damage that maybe caused we expect to charge for replacement. Please see our booking terms & conditions which include our rules & information HERE.
For weekend bookings, you can arrive anytime after 3pm and departure is before 12pm. Bookings allowing we will let you arrive earlier, but this can not be confirmed until a couple of weeks before your stay.
For 5 or more nights bookings, you can arrive anytime after 3pm and departure is before 10am. Bookings allowing we will let you arrive earlier and may be able to extend your leaving time, but this can not be confirmed until a couple of weeks before your stay.
2 weeks before arrival we will email you with the check in details and the key box code.
With sensible parking you can fit 8 cars in the dedicate parking area beside the house. There is space for 2 additional cars just outside this area.
All of the supermarket have delivered to the house. Please arrange a delivery for after the time you intend to arrive.

There are plenty of other places to eat within a 5 minute drive. Once you have booked details are supplied in our extensive information pack.
Lots of local takeaway delivery to the house too, you will have to google what is available at the time of your stay.
