Holiday Cottage Bristol for Hen Parties, Friends and Families

Bury Hill Farm, Winterbourne, is a Holiday Cottage in Bristol and very similar to an Airbnb. It is set within 8 acres of private grounds with a long driveway off a country lane, part of a small holding farm. Just 7.7 miles to Bristol and 15 miles to Bath.

This Bristol Hen do Accommodation is beautifully decorated and so much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It is perfect for large families, special celebrations and we welcome well behaved Hen Parties.

Prices are based on 12, but we can accommodate an additional 2 for an extra charge. Please do not book the house if you intend to invite a lot of extra people as this is strictly against our rules. We will allow a certain number of visitors, but this has to be agreed in advance. Message to discuss.

When checking available dates there may be some flexibility with extra days, which can be added at a discounted rate, these may not show as available. If you send an email I should be able to accommodate your needs. Stays are for a minimum of 2 nights. The availability calendar is updated daily.

The Holiday Cottage is surrounded by fields and is completely separate from the farm. With views of the garden and surrounding fields. It has a south facing, private, safe and secure fenced garden.

Fully furnished, all large bedrooms with plenty of space (not over crowded with too many beds to make up numbers)

**A hot tub can be hired** from an outside supplier at a very reasonable price. We add £35 for taking delivery and arranging collection, heating and water.

Unfortunately, we can not accept all male groups. Although we do have many golf courses in the surrounding area and would consider hosting. Message in advance.

Easy access to the historic cities of Bristol and Bath. Avon cycleway minutes away.

3 pubs within walking distance, 2 of which offer excellent food.

We allow a maximum of 2 pets, very strict rules apply and need to be in crate (provided) overnight, a contract needs to be signed. A small fee is payable.

A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings £400, this is refunded 3 days after leaving. Access to the house will not be provided until this has been paid.

We welcome everyone, but unfortunately, we can not accommodate Stag Parties
